Are we a good fit?
My work is best suited for business owners who are looking for a long-term, trust-based working relationship. While I’m not a partner in the business on paper, I work most effectively when there is shared responsibility, open communication, and mutual respect.
You remain the owner and final decision-maker. I bring professional judgment, consistency, and behind-the-scenes support so the business can run smoothly without constant oversight.
Who I’m Best For…
I’m best for business owners, educators, coaches, and creators who:
- Have a real offer, message, or program — and need help implementing, scaling, and systematizing it
- Are tired of duct-taping tech together and want clean, integrated systems
- Want their business to feel organized, intentional, and calm instead of reactive and chaotic
- You’re running an established business with consistent revenue and are ready to invest in professional, long-term operational support.
- You see support as a business expense, not a favor or trade — and you’re comfortable paying for experience and judgment.
- Value strategy and execution — not just ideas, but someone who can build and run the systems
- Are growth-minded and ready to move from “hustle mode” into sustainable operations
- Want to be in their zone of genius while someone else manages the backend, tech, and structure
- Care about serving their audience well and delivering a professional experience
- Want a team player that collaborates with them on their business
- Need a tech minded guru in their back pocket to strategize, brainstorm, create and implement the plans.
- Want a partner who can help with the management of the business without the tether’s of a business partnership.
I support people with meaningful work who need operational clarity, structure, and execution to grow without burning out.
Who I’m Not For
I’m probably not the right fit if you:
- Are looking for a purely creative agency (branding, custom graphic design, or aesthetic direction)
- You’re in the early or experimental stages of your business and need low-cost, short-term, or barter-based support.
- You’re looking to trade services, equity, exposure, or future promises instead of engaging in a paid professional relationship.
- Want someone to “just do tasks” without strategy, structure, or intention. If you’re looking for a “girl friday”, that’s not me.
Are not open to systems, documentation, or process (and prefer to keep things informal or improvised) - Want someone to replace you instead of supporting and scaling you
- Are unwilling to invest time in clarity, decision-making, or collaboration
- Require detailed time tracking, task-by-task oversight, or minute-by-minute accountability, my approach may not be the right fit. I work best in relationships where outcomes matter more than monitoring, and where there is confidence in how the work gets done. This work is built on trust and professional judgment.
- Run your business with constant urgent, last-minute requests rather than planned out strategies, or milestones.
- You’re not yet in a position to budget consistently for ongoing support consistently.
- Have unclear priorities or goals.
- Constantly pivot goals, plans or tasks without context.
I’m not a magic wand, a creative agency, or a rescue mission — I’m a strategic operational partner.

A Note on Experience and How I Work
I’ve been doing this work since 2006, which means I’ve had the privilege of supporting businesses through growth, change, setbacks, and seasons of recalibration. Over time, you learn what actually works — and just as importantly, what doesn’t.
That experience has shaped how I work today.
My role is that of an Online Business Manager, not a virtual assistant. While both roles are valuable, they serve different purposes. A VA is often best suited for task-based support with close direction. An OBM works at a higher operational level — managing systems, anticipating needs, and keeping the business running smoothly without constant oversight.
Because of this, my work is built on trust and professional judgment. Like you, I don’t track every minute for every task or require step-by-step instructions. Instead, I focus on outcomes, consistency, and thoughtful decision-making behind the scenes. This approach allows business owners to step out of the day-to-day details and trust that things are being handled with care. You gain the 20+ years of my experience as a business owner, guide, tech guru, inbound marketing experience and so much more.
Having been around long enough to see many business models, trends, and tools come and go, I’ve learned that sustainable success doesn’t come from urgency or micromanagement. It comes from clear priorities, solid systems, and working relationships rooted in mutual respect.
That’s the kind of environment where I do my best work — and where my clients tend to stay for the long term.
